General Description of the project

TELA makes it easier to find and choose service providers via the online platform. It aims to become the number 1 reference in Tunisia in connecting service providers and clients. It allows appointments to be made and direct contact with the professionals required.

Objectives

TELA's mission is to: • simplify the management of the activity of service providers, in terms of administrative and operational management, to enable them to focus on their core business and thus support them to expand their business • to facilitate and make reliable the search and choice of home service providers without intermediation

Grupal dimension and territorial reach

Started locally in the district of Grand Tunis in Tunisia with more than 200 service providers.

Transferability and replicability and contribution in terms as “what can we learn about this good
practice?”

Some similar enterprises exist in other countries but TELA is trying to offer other services to the service providers including building their capacities and networking.
