RéciProCité is the project that led to the creation of the association Entr-Autres. It is a project born from meetings: Sandra Mathieu, an ingenious craftswoman, Italo Passaro, a talented restaurateur, and Sabra Ben Ali, an clinical psychologist, decided to combine their imaginations, their professional skills and their networks to create an innovative project. Reciprocité is the story of a group of citizens who decided to unite around their youth! Convinced that society has the youth it deserves, they decided to be proud to deserve our youth. The team offers young people a smooth entry into the world of work, a time to think about what they could do and how they could do it.
The mission: to enable young people aged 16 to 25 to take their first steps into the world of work through a supervised and educational employment experience. A commitment guided by the values of health, ecology and citizenship. Short training courses for motivation, driven by the encounter with others and benevolence.
